Feywild

The mysterious realm, demiplane, neighbor to the world of Garn, the Feywild also known as Faerie or the Other Land,
is a place of impossible beauty, as if nature itself was given more vivid colors and brighter days, but also darker, colder nights as well.
The Feywild, as the name suggests, is the place of the fey, the creatures of celebration, nature, and beauty that most of the people of Garn believe are just...well fairy tales.
Those finding themselves in the Feywild through :"thin" areas in the most nature touched places or wildest places in the wilderness areas of the world, find themselves in a place of splendor and wonder, usually leaving them in a state of awe for their entire visit to the Feywild, if it is indeed a visit and not a permanent stay.
But the beautiful nature spirits and fairies of lore are not the only creatures in the vibrant lands of the fey, nor are the beautiful lands the only places that exist here either.
In the seely lands of Summer and Spring all may, indeed, be beautiful, bright, and inviting but in the unseely (or dark) lands of Winter and Fall all is not as bright, it can be outright dreary in these lands as the rqains seem
to bite colder and harder, the snow and ice more bitter even if holding a kind of beauty unto itself, and the
darker and colder lands shrouded in clouds and almsot starless night, giving way to a derkness befitting
the fey monsters that dwell here.
These lands are a complete mystery to the mortal folk of Garn, with very few things being
known about them.
What is known is that the lands of the seely fey are rules ove rby Titania and her husband Oberon whereas the darker unseely lands are ruled over by the Queen of Air and Darkness, some calling Queen Mab.
Despite the wonder and splendor of the Feywild, it is considered a very dangerous and unnatural realm where the mortals of Garn should not dwell.
A few explorers managing to find their way back to Garn's mortal world have cited a few "laws" that any finding themselves lost in the Feywild should take note of.
-
Never accept a gift or meal from the fey.
-
Never destroy a thing of nature either flora nor fauna in the Feywild.
-
Being "plain" is best in the Feywild. Beint too ugly will get you killed outright but being too beautiful will make the fey want to "keep" you.
-
Never agree to a favor asked of the fey, this will never end with one or even just fifty favors.
-
Think of your home at least an hour each day or you may forget you ever had a home away from the Feywild.
-
Carry cold iron.
